We believe that some of the most important lessons are learned through one-on-one instruction outside of the confines of the classroom. Every student is assigned motivated, highly-skilled mentors to provide guidance in identifying key personal attributes and goals, in starting an enterprise, and in achieving measured, continuous improvement in their lives.
Real World Measurements of Success
Paper and pencil tests are not the only measure of success. At The One School, we focus on building confidence, character, leadership and effective communication skills. We do so by melding the lessons learned in the classroom with real world situations. At the end of every trimester, all students have the opportunity to present their business ideas or other organizational/creative goals to a panel of teachers and successful practitioners in their field. This forum will provide them encouragement and direction to achieve their objectives.
